National energy conservation week is being observed at NTPC Solapur from 14-20th December. The awareness week kickstarted with the inaugural energy conservation pledge and PUC camp inauguration by Hon’ble N. S. Rao, ED (Solapur) and other senior officials.
The weeklong celebration will have various activities like energy quizzes, poster making, essay writing, and slogan writing scheduled for employees associated and school children in the township and nearby villages. A water conservation awareness campaign will also be taken up during this weeklong celebration.
